How do I determine the correct size for me?

We want the items you choose to fit well so that they may be fully enjoyed. You’ll find a link to the manufacturer’s size chart for each costume on most product pages. For the best possible size information please refer to those product specific size charts. Every manufacturer varies in their sizing so it is important to review the size chart for the specific costume that you are considering.

 

If there is no size chart available you can refer to the general size charts below. Before doing so please confirm that there is no size information in the product description, in addition to their being no available link for a chart. Note that most accessories do not have size charts.

 

A Note About Children’s Costume Sizing:

The packaging on some children’s costumes show the age of the child the costume will fit rather than a standard size. So you may order by size on the website, and the when costume arrives you’ll see ages instead on the package. Please look at the costume carefully, it does NOT mean that the incorrect size was shipped. Here are guidelines for how the size and age are related: 

  • Small 4-6 (3-4 years)
  • Medium 8-10 (5-7 years)
  • Large 12-14 (8-10 years)

We apologize for any confusion this may cause.

 

Keep in mind that during outdoor activities, children’s costumes may need to be worn over a coat or heavy clothing. Select your size accordingly.
