We are sorry that we cannot ship internationally, to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Orders placed by 11:00AM (EST) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Our shipments will arrive via the United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box (PO Box) or Highway Contract Box (HC Box). Orders with a PO Box or HC Box in the “Deliver To” address will be delayed until an appropriate address can be obtained. 
   

Shipments may be delayed in situations beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, and natural or manmade disasters.

Our shipping charge calculations depend on the total weight of the merchandise ordered and the shipping method selected. All shipments are considered to be one pound or more, as our shippers do not allow calculations based on fractions of a pound. Due to the size and weight of some products, an additional handling fee may be applied. These items include but are not limited to Mascot costumes and oversized props and decorative items. This fee will be displayed in your shipping charge at checkout.
