iParty.com Return Policy

 

We are happy to accept returns of items purchased at iParty.com that are in new condition, unworn and not used. 

 

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are issued for merchandise cost only, and will not include original or return shipping expenses.

 

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be included with all product returned:

 

  • Email us at customerservice@iparty.com with your order number, the item numbers and description of the product that you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will send an RA number, shipping label and instructions for making your return in a reply email.
     
  • You can also contact Customer Service toll free at 1-866-433-0208 Monday-Friday,  between 9:00AM and 5:00PM EST for a RA number. Please have your order number (from your email confirmation or packing list) available when you call.
     
  • Return Authorization numbers are valid for 14 days, please ship as soon as possible after receiving your RA number. No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization number.
     
  • Exchanges can be made by returning the original purchase, and placing a new order for the replacement item.
     
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, not worn or used, and in its original, unopened factory sealed packaging. Some items are non-returnable and are listed below.

 

 

Refunds will be issued to the original tender for merchandise cost only; the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the return. Please allow 30 days for the credit to post to your account.

 

  • iParty reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item based on the condition of the item when it is returned.

 

 

The following merchandise is NOT returnable:

 

  • Mascots, props, special order items, oversized items, special delivery items, perishable items
     
  • Shoes, tights, hosiery, hats and caps, undergarments and prosthetic items
     
  • Masks, wigs, any artificial hair, hair accessories, beards and moustaches, makeup and tattoos, eyelashes, teeth and fangs
     
  • ANY item that has been worn, used or altered, or that is not in its original, factory sealed packaging
     
  • Any partial kit or item from which pieces are missing

 

 

Additional Restrictions:

 

  • Multiple quantities of the same item, or large quantities of items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
