When will
I receive my order?
From order placement to your front door, ground delivery ranges
from six to eight business days depending on your location. Ground
delivery orders ship by UPS from our Minneapolis warehouse within
two business days.
For example,
if we receive your order on Friday, we'll ship it Tuesday. If you've
selected ground shipping and you live in California, you'll receive
your package by the following Wednesday.
Here is the
simple formula we follow for ground shipping:
warehouse (2 business days once the order is placed) + delivery
(between 4-8 business days) = 6-8 days
Priority shipping
orders (overnight, second or third day), if received Monday through
Friday by 12 noon Central Standard Time, will be shipped the same
day order is placed and delivered on the appropriate business day.
Priority shipping orders placed Friday (after 12 noon), Saturday
or Sunday will ship Monday. If available in your area, priority
Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.
Business days
are Monday through Friday, and do not include Saturday or Sunday.
Can I ship
my order internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship international orders.
