to Order
How do I place an order?
From party goods
and decorations to bakeware and favors, just click on a product
name or image. If it’s an item you want to buy, click "add
to my cart" or "buy now." With that click, your shopping
cart will be displayed with a subtotal. Indicate the quantities
for the products you chose. You’ll be able to edit or delete
any items on your list. At this point, you can continue shopping,
check out or cancel your order. What if
an item is out of stock?
We make every effort not to be out of stock of an item, but occasionally
certain items are unavailable or discontinued. If we are out of
stock on an item you've ordered, we will contact you by phone or
email. At that time, you can accept or decline the wait on that
particular item. Should you choose to decline, only the items available
will be shipped and charged. Should you choose to accept the waiting
period, the item will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.
We follow a 15-day rule on out-of-stock items. If your item is not
in stock within 15 days from your acceptance of the waiting period,
that item will be cancelled from your order and you will be billed
only for the items available and shipped.
Do you accept
backorders?
We are unable to accept backorders on out of stock items. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you ever
substitute items?
Sometimes, we will consider substituting an item if we are out of
something. As a rule of thumb, we will call the customer and have
them approve the substitution first.
How do I
use my coupon code?
Coupon codes are submitted on the shopping cart page. If you received
a coupon code from an iParty promotion, simply follow these easy
steps:
